Clients are welcome to make whatever arrangement is convenient when it comes to being home for your visit. However, we use some equipment, such as a vacuum or an extractor, that could be loud. you may want to make plans to be out or in another room. Our teams work as quickly and efficiently as possible in your home. They can do the best and most complete service in as short a time as possible. This allows us to maintain our schedule and make it to each house in a timely manner.
If you have pets at home please make arrangements for them while we are working. We want them to be comfortable. Having visitors can be exciting for them and we come with lots of fun things they may want to pounce on or chase.
Iza B Cleaning provides all the tools and supplies we need for every visit. If there are particular tools and products you'd like us to use, please make those arrangements with our team or through the office and it will be noted on your account.
We try always to send you a technician or a team that knows you and your family. But we are all human. Sometimes a technician will need a day off or a situation can arise when we need to send another tech to your home. We are careful to be sure every tech we sent to you is aware of your individual needs and has reviewed the notes for your account before we send them. So, while we make no guarantee of the same tech every time, in practice this is what we aim for.
Iza B Cleaning can accept most payment methods. We use a client management platform which supports secure payment through credit card and ACH (Automated Clearing House) checks, as well Zelle. Of course cash and personal checks are welcome as well.
